Polyester Rayon Double weave fabric

This quality is polyester rayon double weave woven fabric, with medium weight 380G square meter and cuttable width 56 itches or 142 centimeters. It’s a fluffy style which makes the hand feeling pretty soft and gentle. In this way, the lining fabric is not necessary during garments production. The texture is thicken, as a result, it seems to be brushed. Furthermore, it has nice air permeability while can keep warm at the same time. It’s extremely loved by customers because of it’s simple, natural and classical design. Because of above key characteristics, it’s widely used and highly welcomed in making blazer and coat in autumn/winter.
The composition of this quality is 66% polyester, 30% viscose and 4% elastane. Polyester ensures it’s shrinkage within±3%, viscose gives it highly soft hand-feel, and elastane brings stretch which makes it cozy for wearing. Because it’s piece dyed, bulk colors can be changed as whatever you like. What’s more, the required Minimum Color Quantity is much less than yarn dyed designs. Sampling MOQ is 30 meters while bulk MOQ is 3000 meters, and MCQ is 1000 meters. If order quantity is less than MOQ, it could be operated with different small surcharges. Leadtime for sampling is 25 days, and 25-45 days for bulk.
SX305-1 is also outstanding in color fastness as it can achieve Grade 3-4 in color fastness to washing/rubbing. When it comes to pilling resistance, it’s performance is Grade 3-4. As mentioned above, the dimensional stability to washing could be controlled within ±3% .
