This quality is TR crepe woven fabric, with medium weight 270G square meter and cuttable width 54 itches or 137 centimeters. It’s double face quality, therefore either it’s face side or backside is good option to be used as outer side, which is of advantage to saving lining costs. For fabric pattern, both face side and backside are plain which shows clean and natural look. This quality is woven tightly and firmly, which makes it clear and natural. It’s a pretty popular choice for blazer, pants, dress, jumpsuits.
The composition of this quality is 88% polyester and 12% elastane. Even though the polyester is the most proportion, it’s hand-feel is much similar with that of viscose. As a consequence, it’s much more qualitiable and grainable. Besides, it’s price is much more competitive. Because it’s piece dyed, bulk colors can be changed as whatever you like. What’s more, the required Minimum Color Quantity is much less than yarn dyed designs. Sampling MOQ is 30 meters while bulk MOQ is 3000 meters, and MCQ is 1000 meters. If order quantity is less than MOQ, it could be operated with different small surcharges. Leadtime for sampling is 25 days, and 25-45 days for bulk.
SX2147 is also outstanding in color fastness as it can achieve Grade 3-4 in color fastness to washing/rubbing. When it comes to pilling resistance, it’s performance is Grade 4. In addition, the dimensional stability to washing could be controlled within ±3% .
