This quality is polyester basket weave woven fabric, with medium weight 245G square meter and cuttable width 58 itches or 147 centimeters. This quality is similar with SX4060 except that the weight is 30 GSM heavier. The geometric texture on it’s surface makes great efforts to modernize it with a fresh design. The texture can be found both on face side and back side, which ensures it cozy and comfortable without lining fabric. The special weaving method makes it puffier, as a result, it’s much more suitable to make lantern sleeve, bubble sleeve, etc. Therefore, this quality is widely used for blazer, suits and pants in spring/summer.
The composition of this quality is 100% polyester. The polyester composition not only has advantage in terms of price, but also shows preponderance of dimensional stability. In addition, the color fastness is much better. Besides, it is good at crease-resistance and easy-care finishing. No mention that anti-abrasive and corrosion resisting are the distinct merits which can not be neglected.
Considering about fabric color, because it’s piece dyed, it ensures colors can be changed as whatever you like. What’s more, the required Minimum Color Quantity is much less than yarn dyed designs. Sampling MOQ is 30 meters while bulk MOQ is 3000 meters, and MCQ is 1000 meters. If order quantity is less than MOQ, it could be operated with different small surcharges. Leadtime for sampling is 25 days, and around 45 days for bulk depends on quantity.
SX3417 is outstanding in color fastness as it can achieve Grade 3-4 in color fastness to washing/rubbing. When it comes to pilling resistance, it’s performance is Grade 4. Additionally, the dimensional stability to washing could be controlled within ±3% .
