This fabric is scuba backside and crepe in faceside quality, with 36% recycled poly and weight is 280GSM. It’s very suit for Blazer, pants, dress, jump suits etc. Recycle poly quality is sustainable quality. It’s different from normal polyester one. Recycled polyester staple is the use of polyester fabric, waste polyester bottle flakes, spinning waste, bubble material, raw material, pulp lump do waste bottle after crushing, washing, a mixture of all kinds of materials after drying, melting extrusion, spinning, winding, cluster, drafting, crimp (at the same time according to the customer’s demand in curly when adding different agent), relaxation heat styling, cut off after the formation of the different length of polyester staple fiber.
Currently in our company, we are doing recycled poly quality in 2 ways, one is use the Unifi yarn and the other one is via GRS system. If we use Unifi yarn , we can send our bulk fabric to the Unifi test lab, and the lab will test and issue a report t odeclare the fabric is made of Repreve recycled poly. Via GRS system, it will guarantee spinning mill, greige mill, dyeing mill, seller of fabric, all of them has GRS Scope Certificate. And we will issue Transaction Certificate to buyer if it contains more than 20% Recycled Polyester. With this, it will be a good selling point for garment.
