In order to provide more professional, timely and satisfactory service to our customers, self-owed test center was established in may, 2020. Shangxiang test center is mainly for fabric/fibre testing using different test equipment and test method, such as color fastness to abrasion, color fastness to washing, pilling resistance, color fastness to perspiration, PH value, color fastness to heat and pressure, dimensional stability to washing, color key etc. Formal test report will be offered after testing. The test center is fully equiped, for example, matindale pilling tester, tester for color fastness to washing, flat iron tester, AATCC America standard washing machine, AATCC America standard dryer, PH value tester, tester for color fastness to perspiration, drying oven for color fastness to perspiration, tester for color fastness to abrasion, water bath thermostatic oscillator, tester for color key.
Normally after 1st bulk lot is ready, we will test it in our lab, especially color fastness to washing and dimensional stability to washing, according to different standard, such as AATCC, ISO, BS/UK standard, or Japan standard. If some items fails, we will inform dyeing mill to adjust it in bulk production. With this, customers will show more confidence on our company and thus play more orders to us.
We plan to get our staff trained in 3rd party test lab, such as Intertek, SGS, BV, etc. With comparing the test results between 3rd party test lab and ours from time to time, we will improve our staff’s ability to grade test result.
Maybe in future, our test lab and lab staff will get accredited by our end buyers and no need to test it in 3rd party test lab. Shangxiang will strictly control the fabric quality, keep shipping qualified fabrics to customer, and keep creating desired fabrics with all our heart!
