This quality is grid pattern poly crepe woven fabric, with medium weight 260G square meter and cuttable width 58 itches or 147 centimeters. It is similar as SX1293 except that its weight is 65GSM heavier. In this way, it’s much more suitable for coats. It’s a hot sale which is natural, graceful and classical with wonderful stretch. The fine twill weave makes this design simple but elegant with smooth hand feel. In conclusion, it’s widely used for blazer, pants, dress and jumpsuits in spring/summer.
The composition of this quality is 96% polyester and 4% spandex. The polyester composition not only has advantage in terms of price, but also shows preponderance of dimensional stability. In addition, the color fastness is much better. Besides, it is good at crease-resistance and easy-care finishing. No mention that anti-abrasive and corrosion resisting are the distinct merits which can not be neglected. What’s more, the elastane brings stretch which makes it cozy for wearing.
Considering about fabric color, because it’s piece dyed, it ensures colors can be changed as whatever you like. What’s more, the required Minimum Color Quantity is much less than yarn dyed designs. Sampling MOQ is 30 meters while bulk MOQ is 3000 meters, and MCQ is 1000 meters. If order quantity is less than MOQ, it could be operated with different small surcharges. Leadtime for sampling is 25 days, and 25-45 days for bulk.
SX2845 is outstanding in color fastness as it can achieve Grade 3-4 in color fastness to washing/rubbing. When it comes to pilling resistance, it’s performance is Grade 4. Additionally, the dimensional stability to washing could be controlled within ±3% .
