This is a double face fabric, with bonded finish, has medium weight 275G square meter. The usable width is 55”. There are two different fabrics bonded together.
The face side is a twill solid fabric which is popular in recent years because of its lyocell-like hand-feel. However, the actual composition is poly viscose instead of lyocell. Thus, it will help to reduce the cost and make it more competitive. For the face fabric, as it’s piece dyed, we are able to change it to different colors depends on customers’ favour, such as camel, black, khaki, navy and more popular colors. We can offer quick lab dips service before bulk production, the lab dips can be actioned based on your color swatches or Pantone numbers. Comparing with real lyocell, this fabric is with better stability and better abrasion. That makes the garments more durable.
The back side is a classic yarn dyed gingham check fabric with green/white/black colorways, that makes it look clean and natural. The composition of back fabric is 100% polyester, which can reduce the cost as well. Although it’s yarn dyed, we can also change it different colorways depends on customers’ favour. We can provide handloom service to check the color effect based on different colors.
The final bonded finish can make the fabric heavier and more stiff which is good for trench coat and blazers, the sleeves can be rolled out that make the garment more fashionable. And it could be lining free to help save garment cost and more comfortable to wear.
We have advanced inspection machines to do 100% inspection before delivery. The main inspection rule is American 4 points system. And we will ship the fabric with roll package, with plastic bag inside and woven bag outside. The quality can be well assured.
