This is a kind of double-face knitted fabric. The natural fiber cotton products with a soft, smooth and delicate feel, which is full of soul. When touching this fabric, it feels like a kind of marshmallow and good rebound resilience. This is a newly little-texture Ponte Roma fabric developed in 2020. 76% cotton and 3% elastane make this fabric feel soft, silky and delicate. From a distance, it is a low-key plain and elegant plain fabric. From a closer look, it is a luxury fabric with layers of texture. The key importance is color, the color with layers needs a special modulation formula to achieve this effect, so it has a high requirement for the dye factory. The dye factories we use are all professional one that enjoy high reputation in the surrounding area. They come with OEKO certificate. All of them are environmentally friendly dyes, and there are pre-shrinkable finishing in the later stage. The price of such beautiful and excellent fabric is not expensive, only selling $3.55/m.
In 2020, SXZF9522 is inspired by German buyer’s designer. We developed this fabric and obtained the first bulk order. This product is sold to German department stores with high quality requirements. At present, the color fastness to water washing, dry and wet rubbing, AZO and shrinkage rate are all perfectly up to standard. MOQ of this product can be flexible, above 1000 meters is fine.
We have advanced doubling, warping, weaving, testing and inspection equipments, with great advantage in R&D, quality control and customer service. The weaving factory is known as “dream weaver”. With it, various woven fabrics are developed in timely manner. Our fabrics are mainly used for women’s jackets, pants, skirts, suits, trench coats and so on. Test lab was founded in May, 2020, which will help to better control fabric quality. We do full inspection for all orders before shipment for quality assurance. We are cooperating with an Italian design studio to design and develop trendy fabrics every season. We also have an in-house designer to make sure the right fabric and right colors are put into work.
