This quality is TR big twill woven fabric, with heavy weight 550G square meter and cuttable width 58 itches or 148 centimeters. In this way, it is very comfortable for customers to wear and can effectively prevent against the cold in Autumn or winter. Its looking is denim-like, but its hand-feel, especially the backside, is much better and more comfortable than that of the denim fabric. This fabric can be widely used for coat, blazer, etc., in autumn or winter, which is very popular among customers.
For fabric pattern, both face side and backside are big twills which show a much more fashionable looking, and will never go out of style. The composition of this quality is 83% polyester, 14% viscose, and 3% elastane. Polyester ensures it’s shrinkage within±5%, viscose gives it highly soft hand-feel, and elastane brings stretch which makes it cozy for wearing.
Considering about fabric color, because it’s piece dyed, it ensures colors can be changed as whatever you like. What’s more, the required Minimum Color Quantity is much less than yarn dyed styles. Bulk Sampling MOQ is 30 meters while bulk MOQ is 3000 meters, and MCQ is 500 meters. If order quantity is less than MOQ, it could be operated with different small surcharges. Leadtime for sampling is 25 days, and 25-45 days for bulk.
SX3898 is also outstanding in color fastness as it can achieve Grade 3-4 in color fastness to washing/rubbing. When it comes to pilling resistance, it’s performance is Grade 3-4. As mentioned above, the dimensional stability to washing could be controlled within ±5% .
